Job Description
deeploi is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI systems for their intelligent IT workflows. This role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining LLM-based automation solutions for Zendesk and Intercom, optimizing support processes, and enhancing customer and internal team experiences. The engineer will also collaborate with support and product teams and contribute to MLOps infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Software or Machine Learning Engineering
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM or GenAI systems in production environments
- Strong background in AI/ML engineering, solving real-world business problems
- Hands-on experience with MLOps
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1)
