The Mitsis Group is offering a job opportunity for a Cook A position at its hotels in Kos, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and production of the menu according to the recipes and operational standards of the Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts
• At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position, preferably in a hotel environment
• Knowledge of materials management and culinary trends
• Knowledge and observance of all hygiene and safety rules
