Job Description
Mission Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Portals Supervisor to oversee and mentor the Customer Service Portal team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Supervisor will collaborate with the Quality team to identify training needs and work closely with the Senior Director to develop and improve systems that support an efficient referral process.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of Home Health Intake experience
- One (1) year of experience using Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally
- Advanced knowledge of Home Health platforms (Epic, CarePort, ExtendedCare, NaviHealth, Curaspan/ECIN, Ensocare)
- Solid understanding of common diagnoses, orders, payer requirements, eligibility verification, and prior authorization workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to guide staff through complex clinical and operational cases
