Job Description
MCS is seeking a Low Voltage Cable Technician for full-time, permanent positions in Polk County, Florida. This role involves installing, terminating, and testing low-voltage cabling, adhering to industry standards and safety guidelines. Candidates should be adaptable, possess strong communication skills, and be team-oriented. The position offers opportunities for apprenticeship and advancement.
Requirements
- Install, but not limited to, Card readers, door contacts, motion Rex, Intercoms, Motion Detectors, Glass Breaks, Speakers, Nurse Call lights, Push Buttons, and Patient Stations.
- Install and terminate all Low Voltage cabling.
- Terminating, testing, and labeling end-user devices.
- Utilizing industry standards and company-approved installation methods.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable AHJ codes and industry standards.
