Job Description
MCS is hiring for a Low Voltage Cable Technician in Volusia County, FL, offering a full-time, permanent position with benefits. This role involves installing and terminating cabling for various devices, adhering to industry standards, and maintaining safety compliance. The position requires adaptability and strong communication skills. Multiple job titles are available.
Requirements
- Installing and terminating low voltage cabling (Card readers, door contacts, etc.).
- Using industry standards and company-approved installation methods.
- Ensuring compliance with AHJ codes and industry standards.
- Maintaining open communication with supervisors.
- Ensuring safety practices.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
