Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead product operations, define the roadmap, and oversee daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and strategic collaboration with investors and stakeholders. It's crucial to maintain legal compliance and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch in regulated markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching or scaling online projects (B2C)
• Solid understanding of the operational stack (platform technologies, content aggregation, KYC/AML, payments, bonus engines)
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience with licensing and compliance
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian
• Proficient in English (Intermediate+)
