We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead product operations and executive leadership. The role involves defining the roadmap, ensuring legal compliance, overseeing P&L, and ensuring strategic alignment with investor groups. Requirements

• Proven experience in launching or scaling an online projects (B2C)
• Strong understanding of the operational stack
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian
• Proficient in English (Intermediate+)
• Experience with licensing and compliance
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment
• Understanding of bonus engines (PKN)
• Proven experience with a platform technologies
