Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team. The role involves leading product operations, defining the roadmap, establishing processes for daily operations, ensuring compliance, overseeing the P&L, and serving as the main strategic voice for the project. This is a dynamic, fast-growing position within a multicultural team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching or scaling an online projects (B2C)
• Solid understanding of operational stack: platform technologies, content aggregation, KYC/AML, payments, bonus engines, etc.
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience with licensing and compliance
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian
• Proficient in English (Intermediate+)
