Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the product, define the roadmap, and oversee operations, compliance, and player lifecycle. The role involves building scalable processes and achieving key performance indicators while collaborating with investors and stakeholders. This is a full-time, remote position within a fast-growing development company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching or scaling an online project (B2C)
• Solid understanding of operational stack (platform technologies, content aggregation, KYC/AML, payments, etc.)
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience with licensing and compliance
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian
• Proficient in English (Intermediate+)
