Freelance AI Red Team Engineer

Mindrift is seeking AI Red Team Engineers to join their platform connecting specialists with AI projects. The role involves evaluating AI models, creating test cases, developing automation scripts, and researching AI safety. They emphasize collaboration and ethical AI shaping, aiming to make Generative AI capable of complex reasoning. The position is fully remote and requires a strong commitment to learning and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or related field.
• Advanced level of English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD security tools.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing.
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities in current AI models (prompt injections, LLMs).
• Experience with AI/ML security, red-teaming, and LLM frameworks.
• Skill in offensive exploitation.
• Expertise in network and application security.
• Knowledge of operating system security.
• Familiar with secure coding practices.
