Job Description
The Front Office Coordinator (FOC) serves as a key member of the Front Office team supporting our clinicians and our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The FOC is responsible for coordinating patient care, maintaining accurate patient records, and communicating with clinical staff and other departments.
Requirements
- EMR/EHR or practice management systems experience
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 2+ years of recent experience in clerical, administrative, receptionist and/or front office coordinator roles
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated customer service skills in a healthcare setting
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Multiline phone experience
- Accurate typing/data entry skills
