Job Description
Helpdesk Support/ Workstation Engineer responsible for supporting and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing hardware and software, and setting up and maintaining network and telecommunications systems.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of hardware components and hardware configurations
- Strong software experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Practical problem solving skills and solid trouble shooting skillset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work well with other people in a team oriented environment
- Ability to install/deploy Windows / Apple based computers
- Self motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a fast paced environment
- Ability to train end users
