The Desktop/Workstation Engineer will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers, as well as installing hardware and software on workstations, setting up and maintaining network and telecommunications systems, and utilizing a ticketing system to track issues. Strong customer service, documentation, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as experience with Windows and Apple-based computers and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
