Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Mindful Support Services. The Sales Associate will be the first point of contact for mental healthcare providers exploring opportunities with our collaborative network. The role requires generating interest, uncovering untapped talent, and converting prospects into partners.
Requirements
- Employ a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of quality providers
- Assess interested Providers and think critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner
- Make a high volume of phone calls
- Think outside the box to cultivate new lead sources
