Requirements

• Employ a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of quality providers looking to explore a private practice setting with Mindful Therapy Group.
• Assess interested Providers, thinking critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner.
• Partner with peers in department to identify recruiting needs, track conversions for follow ups, and establish goals.
• Make a high volume of phone calls.
• Think outside the box to cultivate new lead sources.
