They are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help scale their Salesforce environment, optimize operational excellence, and support cross-functional collaboration. The role involves configuring, optimizing, and integrating Salesforce with other tools, as well as gathering and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration and configuration
- Track record of owning complex Salesforce initiatives
- Skilled in creating clear documentation and process flows
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration tools
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with CI/CD frameworks and systems architecture
