This role focuses on configuring and optimizing Salesforce environments to create seamless, efficient ways for teams to connect and serve customers. The Administrator will contribute to operational excellence across the Salesforce platform and integrated tools, collaborating with stakeholders to align on priorities and improve data flow.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration and configuration
- Track record of owning complex Salesforce initiatives
- Skilled in creating clear documentation and user guidance
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration tools
