Manager - Accounts Receivable

Manager – Accounts Receivable role overseeing AR function, leading a team in multiple countries, and responsible for managing timely collections, implementing efficient processes, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvement through change.
• Excellent organizational skills, adept at multi-tasking and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, including a managerial role.
• Ability to manage employees both in office and remote.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and AR Management tools (NetSuite experience preferred).
• Familiarity in supporting Company Audits.
