Job Description
As an Usher at American Family Field, you will provide excellent service to fans and guests, assist with ticket verification, distribute promotional items, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six to twelve months related experience and/or training
- Ability to communicate well and provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends during baseball season
- Availability to work special events including concerts
- Ability to stand for up to four (4) hours at a time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
