Milliman is seeking an Account Manager to work in a fast-growing department in Omaha to both nurture existing client relationships and drive new business growth.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns to resolve issues promptly
- Serve as the main point of contact for small-scale client groups
- Collect feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products
- Educate and advise individuals on the benefits and requirements of the ICHRA
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the health insurance industry
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers as well as client employer groups and their employees
