Turf Care/Spray Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-focused Turf Care / Spray Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, understands the importance of proper application techniques, and wants to build a long-term career in turf management.

Requirements

• Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to turf and ornamental beds
• Calibrate spray equipment to ensure proper application rates and desired results
• Mix and apply chemical treatments according to label requirements and company standards
• Maintain proper chemical inventory and ensure safe storage of pesticides and fertilizers
• Participate in applicator training and ongoing professional development
• Maintain compliance with all Colorado Department of Agriculture regulations
• Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group in all client and team interactions
• Follow all company safety and operational policies
• Complete and submit daily paperwork, application records, and time documentation
• Participate in snow removal operations during winter months
• Support division needs and additional tasks as assigned by management
