Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Turf Distribution Service Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently and safely operate turf-cutting machinery, coordinate deliveries, and maintain high-end customer service. Prior green industry and landscape experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- Execute the annual plan for the branch in accordance with Branch or Warehouse Manager’s and the Company’s strategic objectives.
- Operate turf cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on turf-cutting equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
- Use of payroll system regularly to clock in and out in accordance with Company policy and state/federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment and compliance with state/federal safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with Ewing branches and sales personnel, landscape contractor customer teams, and supervisors to coordinate cutting schedules, delivery logistics, and dispatch.
- Provide superior customer service at all times.
- Keep a watchful eye on the health of the artificial turf inventory, identifying and reporting any signs of defect or other issues that may affect the quality of the artificial turf inventory.
