Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to maintain a positive and progressive employee relations environment, and support talent acquisition, college relations, and employee communication programs. The role involves HR generalist support, data reporting, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist
• Previous experience leading employee relations, training, on-boarding, workforce planning, & performance management initiatives
• Data analytics experience
• Experience developing and tracking training programs
• Effective and verbal communications skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
