Job Description
Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to plan, develop, and administer HR programs, including employment, wage and salary administration, employee communications, employee training, benefits, and compliance with state and federal laws. The role involves managing employee relations, talent management, total compensation, projects and analytics, and fostering a Zero Incident Safety Culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
- SHRM or HRCI Certification (preferred)
