Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Lead to own and accelerate our demand engine at a critical moment for the company. This role is for someone who thrives in high-expectation environments, can operate autonomously, and combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tech environments across Marketing, Sales, Product, or account-facing roles
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing people
- Strong track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end
- Direct exposure to executive leadership / top management
- Hands-on experience working very closely with Sales teams (daily collaboration, not occasional alignment)
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth companies is a plus
- Exposure to international go-to-market motions, especially UK/global, is a plus
