Job Description
MGE Underground is seeking a Mechanic to join their team. The Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and gas/diesel problems, as well as maintaining and inspecting company-owned vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and gas/diesel problems
- Maintain and inspect company-owned vehicles and equipment
- Assist with audits and inspections
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Remove and replace defective parts
- Test repaired equipment
- Fabricate, weld, and cut parts
- Perform routine maintenance
- Perform DOT 90-day inspections
