Operations Manager

Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the front desk and housekeeping teams at the Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hotel operations experience, leadership experience in Room Division, and strong problem-solving and people skills.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hotel operations experience
• Leadership experience in Room Division
• Strong problem-solving and people skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team with professionalism and empathy
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Choice Advantage PMS, Microsoft Office)
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
