Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to supervise the front office and strive towards total guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to perform in all front office functions, assist the AGM, and promote guest hospitality.

• Pass on information to next shift or management
• Assist with New Hire Training
• Maintain awareness of groups and hotel business demands
• Balance shift work
• Verify paperwork accuracy
• Coach and counsel staff
• Follow policies and procedures
• Ensure confidentiality of User Log-Ons
• Train and develop associates
• Perform Manager on Duty functions
• Resolve system problems
