Job Description
Methodist University is seeking to hire a Learning Specialist for its new School of Medicine in Fayetteville, NC. The Learning Specialist provides expertise in the evaluation of students requesting academic assistance and provides individualized academic coaching to medical students.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, public health, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic support, preferably in medical or health science education
- Experience in evaluation and providing learning assistance, performance improvement as well as study skills and time management programming
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
