CRNA

Mercyhealth is seeking a qualified CRNA to join their award-winning health care delivery system at Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center - Walworth. The CRNA will provide professional anesthesia services to the defined patient population and assure continuity of care for those patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Current, or eligible for, WI and/or IL RN license
• Current, or eligible for, WI and/or IL APNP license
• DEA, or eligible for, licensure
• Current CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to pass the Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check and/or Illinois Health Care Worker's Background Check.
