Graduate of an accredited CRNA program, current IL APNP license, current DEA licensure, and current CPR, ACLS, NALS and PALS certifications
Physician Assistant Cardiology
2 years of surgical experience, Cardiac experience required, Electrophysiology experience preferred
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT SURGICAL
PA with accreditation through a Physician Assistant Degree Program and valid state license
CRNA
Graduate of an accredited CRNA program, Current, or eligible for, WI and/or IL RN license, Current, or eligible for, WI and/or IL APNP license
Nurse Practitioner - Neonatal, L&D
3+ years of experience as a beside registered nurse in a level III NICU
Nurse Practitioner - Neonatal, L&D
Must have a Master's degree in Nursing, be licensed in IL and WI, and have experience in a level III NICU
CRNA
Current WI and/or IL RN license, Graduate of an accredited CRNA program, Current CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications
PMHNP
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Valid RN license. ANCC certification as PMHNP or PMHCNS
