Cash Consortium of Sudan- Referral Information Management Scoping Mission (Consultancy)

The consultant will design a Referral Information Management Platform for the Cash Consortium of Sudan, including a review of the referral landscape and selection of a platform that allows interoperability with existing systems. The consultant will also develop a Standard Operating Procedure and user manuals, and conduct trainings for partner staff.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and managing information systems
• Strong understanding of information management practices in humanitarian or development settings
• Demonstrated knowledge of data protection policies and standards
• Ability to provide training and capacity building on IM systems to technical and non-technical staff
• Fluency in written and spoken English, and Arabic is an asset
