The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Crisis Outreach Supervisors for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of the Essex County location. The program will respond to adults in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution
• Professional license (LSW, LAC)
• Two years of post-master's full time equivalent professional experience in a psychiatric setting
• Valid NJ driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to provide effective crisis response and de-escalation as related to community mental health
• Knowledge of Hudson County resources
