Job Description
MHA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people live their best lives, is seeking a Development Associate to provide administrative and logistical support to the Development & Community Relations department. The role focuses on donor stewardship, fundraising support, and community engagement, contributing to the organization's fundraising strategies. It is a hybrid position based in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
Requirements
- Provide administrative assistance to the Development & Community Relations department.
- Assist in maintaining the donor database and tracking fundraising progress.
- Support fundraising events and campaigns.
- Represent the Development & Community Relations department at events.
- Organize and analyze fundraising data.
- Conduct research on potential donors and partners.
- Collaborate with team members to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
