Job Description
Menlo Security is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Malaysia to join its team. The role will involve defining and implementing sales strategies for the Malaysian market, driving the extended sales teams with partners and alliances, and maturing sales processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in regional sales management and a strong knowledge of the Cyber Security Market.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience at global enterprise technology companies - including security and software experience
- 8+ years of experience leading over-achieving regional sales teams for an enterprise technology company
- Fluid, working knowledge of how to build and measure pipeline creation, deal velocity, quoting, proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other executive decision-makers
- Highly developed client satisfaction focus -- excellent decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing both the strategic direction and tactical execution of a high-growth and experienced regional sales team; strong leadership and coaching skills
- Strong knowledge of the Cyber Security Market
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills required -- including content development
- 20% travel required
