Job Description
This full-time, nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program positions a New Graduate Registered Nurse, offering a one-year program to help them transition from a new graduate to a professional. The role focuses on building relationships, collaborating on projects, and receiving training in clinical leadership, patient safety, and evidence-based practice. Eligibility for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.
Requirements
- Licensed as RN in State of Illinois
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Gross coordination ability to position and transfer adult patients
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to perform manipulative skills such as IV insertion and IM injections
