Job Description
This part-time position involves facilitating the delivery and evaluation of evidence-based patient care in collaboration with a physician. The role focuses on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, patient advocacy, teaching, and counseling. The position requires maintaining active roles in community and professional programs and contributing to team goals.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain licensing as an APRN or PA
- Must obtain appropriate certifications (APRN, PA)
- IL Controlled Substance license
- DEA license
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification (where required)
