The role focuses on supporting the Executive Chef in kitchen operation, ensuring food quality, and adhering to HACCP and sustainability standards. This is a permanent position located in Carmignano, Italy.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian, English proficiency a plus
• Experience in Italian kitchen or environment
• Experience with Tuscan cuisine
• Organizational skills and effective communication
• Ability to manage a team
