HR Specialist - Employee Relations

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an HR Specialist to ensure smooth and effective HR operations for a specific business unit. The HR Specialist will work closely with operations leaders to implement HR strategies that support business goals, promote employee well-being, and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology (preferably Industrial-Organizational), or any related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the following:
• Employee relations case handling
• Drafting disciplinary and legal notices
• Managing DOLE transactions and compliance
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Strong conflict resolution, case management, and employee relations expertise
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Proven experience engaging with international stakeholders, facilitating coaching sessions, investigations, or meetings
