HR Specialist

Epic Staffing Group is a fast-growing company that provides staffing solutions to the high-demand and rapidly expanding industries of Life Sciences and Healthcare. The HR Specialist provides support across a variety of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and general HR administration.

Requirements

• One year of experience in human resources, office administration, or a related role preferred
• General understanding of HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, or employee engagement is preferred
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language
• General knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization
