Senior Video Producer & Editor

The Senior Video Producer & Editor contributes to Medical Teams International by capturing, shaping, and stewarding the organization’s visual storytelling to strengthen supporter engagement. This position is responsible for producing and editing high-quality video and photo content in a variety of formats tailored for specific uses, while ensuring visual media assets are well-organized, accessible, and responsibly managed for use across marketing, fundraising, communications, and program needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or professional experience in a relevant field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
• Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in video production, editing, and/or digital asset management
• Non-profit experience
• Experience organizing and maintaining media libraries or cloud-based asset storage systems using strategic file naming, metadata tagging, and search optimization practices to ensure assets are easily discoverable and accessible
