Senior Video Editor

As Senior Video Editor at Bilt Rewards, you will lead the execution of product education content, turning complex ideas into simple and engaging video content. You will be responsible for editing and producing videos, developing motion graphics, and collaborating with product marketing and creative teams. You will also manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver high-quality work on tight timelines, and stay ahead of visual trends to bring fresh ideas to Bilt's visual identity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional video editing experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and general proficiency across the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent motion graphics and animation skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates range and polish
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, visually engaging communication
• Excellent project management skills—you're organized, communicative, and deadline-driven with the capacity to work across multiple teams at once
• Perform light finishing tasks such as color correction, audio sweetening, and QC for technical accuracy
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency
