Job Description
Medical Teams International is seeking a Contract Senior Designer to create the visual rebrand of the organization. The role will develop the updated brand look and feel, including logo refinement, color palette, typography, photography style, illustration, layout systems, and digital + print design standards. The successful candidate will build the creative foundation for the new brand system and deliver a practical brand toolkit for internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional design experience with nonprofits and faith-based organizations
- Strong portfolio showing excellence in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing assets for both print and digital placement
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines while creatively evolving them
- Comfort collaborating with marketers, writers, and leadership
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with working in shared, cloud-based environments is helpful
