Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative production for Paid Social campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work that delivered measurable results (CTR, CVR, ROI improvements)
- Hands-on experience designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other major platforms
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and how creative impacts them
- Proficiency in design and motion tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, any AI video production tool)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams — from marketing to analytics
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong attention to detail
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for blending creativity and data
