Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development or related areas
- Strong knowledge of modern learning and development practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- A data-informed mindset
- Strong business acumen
- A natural ability to build trust and strong relationships across teams and with external partners
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
