We are looking for a Global Account Director to join our Enterprise Sales team and drive growth across our top-tier North American accounts. The role will involve leading strategic engagements with senior decision-makers, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and mentoring junior sales team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software sales, account management, or business development
- Proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions into executive-level audiences
- Exceptional executive communication, consultative selling, and strategic account management skills
- Strong technical acumen and commercial judgment
- Experience leveraging Salesforce.com or other CRM ecosystems
- Ability to design innovative solutions that address client needs
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
