Design Lead BA

We are looking for future Design Leads to lead design teams and work in creative, collaborative, and ever-evolving environments.

Requirements

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
• Ability to translate strategic briefings into solid, well-grounded visual solutions
• Skill in providing constructive feedback, mentoring designers' growth, and building a collaborative design culture
• Active participation in creative processes alongside product, strategy, and technology teams
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (preferred, but not required)
• Experience in creative agencies, design studios, or in-house teams
• Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and collaborative platforms
• Good level of English, both oral and written (we work with global teams)
