Design Lead

We are looking for a Design Lead with experience leading design teams and a passion for working in creative, collaborative, and ever-evolving environments. We value experience in creative agencies, design studios, or in-house teams, and mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and collaborative platforms.

Requirements

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
• Ability to translate strategic briefings into solid, well-grounded visual solutions
• Skill in providing constructive feedback, mentoring designers' growth, and building a collaborative design culture
• Active participation in creative processes alongside product, strategy, and technology teams
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (preferred, but not required)
