Job Description
Medely is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead marketing programs that activate, engage, retain, and grow healthcare facility customers. The role is critical in driving usage and value across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- 2+ years of experience focused on B2B audiences
- Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward testing, learning, and optimization
