We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale our customer engagement, conversion, and retention across the entire customer journey. This role is critical to turning acquisition into repeat revenue, higher LTV, and long-term brand loyalty.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience managing email and SMS programs for an eCommerce or consumer brand.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics platforms and spreadsheets to track and interpret performance.
